1. Placing an Order
Placing an order on shopmooka.com is quick and easy:
- Visit the product page and click "Add to Cart"
- Make sure you've selected the correct variant (if applicable)
- Click "Proceed to Checkout"
- On the information page, enter your correct delivery details
- Click "Continue to Shipping"
✔ On the shipping page, confirm your address one more time.
✔ Free delivery on all orders over $40 AUD — no minimum quantity required.
✔ Click "Continue to Payment".
We offer secure payment methods in an SSL-encrypted environment. Your payment is always protected.
Available payment methods:
- Credit cards (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
- Apple Pay & Google Pay
After selecting your payment method, click "Complete Order". You will be redirected to a secure page to finalise your payment.

2. Shipping Your Order
Once your order is placed, we do our best to process and dispatch it as quickly as possible. To keep our prices fair and competitive, we consolidate shipments and dispatch them once minimum shipping volumes are reached.

🕒 Delivery Timeframes
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery time: Typically 5–14 business days after dispatch
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can use this to track your parcel on our order tracking page.
Please note: Due to ongoing global logistics challenges, occasional delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are doing everything we can to get your order to you promptly.

3. Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives — enjoy it! But if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Damaged item?
We're sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged, we will send you a free replacement as soon as possible (no refund is issued at this stage). If the replacement also arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund.
Lost parcel?
If tracking shows "delivered" but you advise that you haven't received it — and the carrier provides verified proof of delivery — we may require payment for re-delivery.
However, if the issue is due to a logistics or delivery error on our end, we will cover the cost of re-sending your order.

Import Duties & Customs Fees
Customs inspections and charges can apply to international parcels. This occurs in fewer than 1% of cases. If you are charged any import fees, please contact us at info@shopmooka.com — we'll do our best to help.
Missed Delivery / Post Office Collection
If your order is left at your door or redirected to a local post office, shopmooka.com may cover any associated costs in certain circumstances.
⚠️ Please note: If the parcel is not received or collected, it will be returned to us. In such situations, we reserve the right to deduct up to 100% of the order value from any refund owed, due to the failure to collect the parcel.
